Exhibition: Daily, March 12 - April 13, 10am-5pm | Public Reception: Saturday, Mar 22, 1-3pm

Montpelier Arts Center strives to foster a positive, creative environment in which young and emerging artists realize their full potential. Now in its 13th year, this annual exhibition spotlights the talents of visual artists ages 13-18 from the Washington, D.C., area. The juror will award prizes based on artistic excellence, with cash prizes for first, second, and third place. Beginning in winter 2024, interested teens may submit work online for consideration at montpelierartscenter.submittable.com.

The Teen Arts Summit is an annual event that invites teens in Prince George’s County and beyond to ignite their creativity for a day of celebration for the arts. Teens will come together for artistic exploration and expression, participating in workshops and masterclasses, enjoying performances from leading industry professionals, and collaborating to shape the artistic voice of their generation.

Teens from this community will have an opportunity to share their challenges with dating and discuss how to create a safety plan. Teens will hear from their peers as well as professionals to share signs of abuse and resources.

Teens from this community can express themselves in a safe space and participate in a "Ballroom" competition!

The Miss Gorgeous Prince George's Open House is an annual informational created for both parents and interested participants. This gives attendees the opportunity to ask questions to the CEO and the current Miss Gorgeous Prince George's regarding pageant judging criteria, costs and necessities. We look forward to seeing all of the new gorgeous faces this year!

Registration is Open! You will be able to pay pageant fees at Open House as well.
