LGBTQ+ youth under 18 and their parents/caregivers are invited to come learn the history of drag and watch these incredible performers strut their stuff. Featuring a Drag Story Hour with Tara Hoot and performances by Pretty Rik E and Bombshell Monroe. Costumes encouraged!

Anime Lovers, Weebs, Japanophiles, or anyone who just wants to be transported to another world, You’re officially invited to ANIMANIA – The Anime Club Night.

Now’s your chance to go super saiyan on the dance floor while we spin your favorite anime tracks from favorites like Naruto, My Hero Academia, One Piece, Sailor Moon, and more! We’ll be playing One Punch Man and One hit wonders. If it’s an anime opening you don’t actually skip, it’s on our playlist.

You’ll want to drink like Roronoa Zoro when you get a taste of our specialty drinks like ” The Squirtle”. Even if you forget Your Name, you won’t forget this night! Just make sure you leave in One Piece.

Disney Lovers, 90s Kids, or anyone who just wants to “Let It Go…”: You’re officially invited to BE OUR GUEST.

Experience the magic while we spin your fave Disney tracks. Get ready to drunkenly sing your heart out to “Circle Of Life,” “Under The Sea,” and “Zero to Hero.” Don’t worry – we’re also throwing in the classics from the iconic Mouseketeers: Britney, Miley, Jonas Brothers, Demi, and more. If they were on the Disney channel, they’re on our DJ panel.

Let’s get Bippity-Boppity-Boozed up with specialty drinks for those bold enough to try a poisoned apple. We can't promise your prince will awaken you from your slumber but it will most definitely knock you out.

District Lab Halloween Event: Taco Tuesday Edition.

Join us for a spooktacular event filled with treats and fun! Get ready to dress up in your favorite costumes and embark on a thrilling trick-or-treating adventure at District Lab. This in-person event will take place on Tue Oct 31 2023 from 5:30- 8:00pm

Indulge in the excitement of collecting treats from various stations, each adorned with spooky decorations. Immerse yourself in the Halloween spirit as you explore the venue movie room, Picture Installation with your favorite Villian, Game room ( Jumbo, Jenga, Connect 4, Uno & more) Arts & Craft station while enjoying Tacos with your little boos.

Del Ray’s annual Halloween Parade starts at Mount Vernon Avenue, south of E. Bellefonte, and continues down to the Mount Vernon Recreation Center play fields. Costumed kids, pets, and strollers can march in the parade.

Awards will be given for Best Pet Costume, Best Decorated Business, Best Decorated Home, and Best Decorated Stroller.

SAVE THE DATE for everyone's favorite kid-friendly Halloween event at Forest Hills Playground, this year’s SPOOKTACULAR is happening Sunday, October 29th from 10 AM - 12 PM. Parents and kids of all ages are invited to dress in their favorite costumes and gather at Forest Hills Playground for spooky-inspired activities followed by Trick or Treating at small businesses along Connecticut Ave in Wakefield, Forest Hills, and Van Ness. This event is free. Everyone is welcome!

Get ready to move your body in your sexiest costume at Halloween with Souled Out Dates. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: the most high energy Halloween party in DC. Get ready for a halloween themed and decorated venue  

WHAT TO WEAR: Costumes aren't required but preferred! We'll be awarding prizes for the best-dressed! Bring your energy, we're having fun this weekend! 

Grab your costume and a bag for goodies and head down to the Robert J. DiPietro Community Center for our Take-Away Treat Spooktacular. Enter our decked-out Halloween Hall and take treats to go! Please bring a bag to carry your treats. This event is co-sponsored by the Laurel Lions Club and is suitable for all ages.

The Hyattsville Police Department will be hosting a Trunk-or-Treat in the parking lot of Northwestern High School on Saturday, October 30 at 6:30 p.m.! Come show off your boo-tiful costumes! COVID-19 safe masks that cover your nose and mouth are required.

Join the Baysox at Prince George's Stadium for a Fall Festival and Pumpkin Patch. Come out and select your pumpkin from our pumpkin patch "planted" on the outfield right here at the ballpark! Kids will be able to enjoy rides on the carousel, play in the bounce house and other inflatable games too! There will also be carnival style games and events to enjoy. Halloween costumes are encouraged for all!

Bring the entire family for the museum’s annual Kwanzaa celebration program. Enjoy energetic and interactive introduction to Kwanzaa with Melvin Deal and the African Heritage Dancers & Drummers. The audience participatory program includes dancers, singers, music, colorful costumes, and lively characters designed for young children and adults alike. During the performance and afterwards, kids can also enjoy making Kwanzaa-inspired arts and crafts from a variety of materials. Art workshops will be led artist/educators Brian Barber and Alma Robinson. Free fun for the entire family!
